Cancellation and Refund Policy
Services and Consultations
- Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service or consultation will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made within 3-6 days prior to the appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
Downloads and Subscriptions
- All sales for digital downloads and subscriptions are final. Refunds will not be provided for these services once they are
purchased or accessed.
Memberships
- Memberships can be canceled with a 30-day notice before the renewal date.
- Refunds for memberships are not available, but members can opt-out of automatic renewals.
Academy Course Fee
- For course enrollments, a full refund will be provided if canceled at least 30 days before the start date of the course.
- Cancellations made within 15-29 days of the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the course begins.
